Refund handling may vary depending on the product purchased and the payment method used at checkout.
Purchases Processed by Paddle
For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, invoices, and eligible refund requests for those transactions.
Refund requests for Paddle-processed purchases are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy, Paddle's buyer terms, and applicable consumer protection laws.

To request billing support, cancel a subscription, or request a refund for a Paddle-processed purchase, please use the order support, billing support, or subscription management link provided in your Paddle receipt or transaction email.
Purchases Processed by Other Payment Methods
For purchases not processed by Paddle, the applicable refund terms may depend on the specific product, service, subscription plan, checkout page, invoice, agreement, or payment provider used at the time of purchase.
Any product-specific or payment-method-specific refund terms will be shown at checkout, in the applicable product terms, in the relevant invoice, or in the applicable written agreement.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal charges.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout, required by applicable law, or handled differently by the relevant payment provider.
