Privacy Policy

Security and privacy controls for your e-procurement data payloads.

Last Updated: June 12, 2026

At SolidStorm LLC, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your corporate data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when utilizing our automated e-procurement and business expense synchronization application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our primary programmatic API integration tools, we collect the following types of data:

  • User Identification Markers: Names, corporate email addresses, and organizational roles associated with account registration.
  • Corporate Purchase Records: Line-item invoice data payloads synchronized directly from your connected business networks.
  • Vendor API Credentials: Encrypted keys and tokens required to manage vendor ordering logistics across unified digital dashboard channels.
  • Data Payload Logs: System execution metrics and automated e-procurement metadata collected solely for performance monitoring and dedicated agent tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is utilized systematically to:

  • Execute automated e-procurement data syncing efficiently.
  • Provision proper programmatic API endpoints based on your tier (Startup or Enterprise).
  • Authenticate secure access to your unified digital dashboard.
  • Diagnose integration logistics errors and optimize data payloads.
  • Process transactions via our authorized Merchant of Record.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

SolidStorm LLC explicitly does not sell your corporate purchase records or vendor API credentials to third parties. We may disclose data payload logs or identification markers only to trusted infrastructure partners (such as cloud hosting providers and payment processors) strictly required to operate the Platform, or when mandated by law.

4. Global Data Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)

For our European and Californian enterprise clients, SolidStorm LLC adheres to strict privacy parameters sets forth by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Access: You may request a programmatic export of all your reconciliation data payloads.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Upon request, we will permanently delete your user identification markers, purchase records, and vendor API credentials from our active database.
  • Data Portability: Standard line-item invoice data can be efficiently ported via API or CSV exports.

To submit a compliance request regarding your data schema, please reach out to our privacy integration unit at support@solidstorm.io.

5. Data Security Standards

We implement enterprise-grade encryption for all vendor API credentials at rest and during transit. Our programmatic API tools run inside isolated network subnets, minimizing exposure risks for your valuable reconciliation data payloads.

6. Changes to This Policy

SolidStorm LLC reserves the right to iteratively alter this Privacy Policy as our automation tools evolve. Your continued use of the platform and digital dashboard constitutes acceptance of the current policy structure.
