Welcome to SolidStorm LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our automated e-procurement and business expense synchronization application, API architecture, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SolidStorm LLC Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access our digital dashboard or use our programmatic API integration tools. SolidStorm LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access our primary product, you must register a corporate account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and system API thresholds. SolidStorm LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to securely manage your vendor ordering logistics or authentication endpoints.
3. Programmatic API Usage Limits
API access provisioning is dictated by your subscription tier. The Startup Plan includes core automated e-procurement data syncing and 5 vendor tracking channels. The Enterprise Plan includes custom programmatic API endpoints and unlimited reconciliation data payloads. Overusing API quotas or engaging in rate-limit abuse may result in temporary system throttling or account suspension.
4. Acceptable System Execution Rules
Users are required to utilize the Platform solely for its intended purpose: tracking purchase records, managing vendor ordering logistics, and reconciling line-item invoice data payloads. You agree not to attempt to breach system security, inject unauthorized data payloads, or reverse-engineer our proprietary synchronization logic.
5. Payment Processing via Merchant of Record
All subscription payments are securely processed through our designated Merchant of Record (e.g., Paddle). By initiating a subscription, you authorize our Merchant of Record to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis as outlined in your selected tier (Startup or Enterprise Plan). 6. Intellectual Property Ownership
The Platform, including all underlying unified digital dashboard code, proprietary algorithms, interface designs, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of SolidStorm LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership right or license to our intellectual property beyond utilizing the active subscription services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and your relationship with SolidStorm LLC shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
